Well it’s that time of year for our annual climate survey of the company management. Do you feel HyVee is doing better with the new CEO ? Is HyVee headed in the right direction? How happy are you with working at HyVee? How do you feel about your current wage ? Do you see yourself working for HyVee in the next 5 years? If you could change one thing about this company what would you change?

Specifically, what about Hy-Vee needed to be "disrupted"? That sounds like Randy-speak -- an internet buzzword that means everything and nothing at the same time. Was it the friendly, knowledgeable employees who would do anything for a customer? Management that cared more about people than about an extra penny in profit? Clean stores stocked with merchandise customers want to buy, not junk you want to sell? An administrative team that was lean and nimble and led by example, instead of the current bloated crop of narcissists who have one set of rules for themselves and another set for everyone else? If these are the things that needed to be "disrupted," then congratulations -- you disrupted 'em, all right.
The larger Hy-Vees have great selections & varieties, that along with the hot ad items bring people in . If you match some competitors prices then try to make it up on other items people think then your overpriced. Some dont like the must buys, (on limited buget or single) so they get none.Labor always needs controlled but it's soooo tight it shows.
The same almighty dollar that pays almighty salaries and provides almighty resources to build more almighty stores that are necessary, as they have been since 1930, for almighty continued growth? That almighty dollar?
Ya goof.
It's apparent that Hy-Vee as a company is heading towards bankruptcy. All the store management's care about is kissing Jeremy's a-s literally. They don't give a rats a-s about the employees. It's all about the all mighty dollar
Employee retention is key to having well trained staff. HyVee has forgotten that. How well do you think HyVee would do if they change the CEO of the company every 12 months.
Unsustainable really,TO treat customers correctly, speak to them ,do anything for a customer,SMILE that's Unsustainable wrong its called TRAINING..THE NEW HYVEE IS AWEFUL.
It's pretty obvious that the old Hy-Vee was unsustainable in the rapidly changing grocery game. It had to be disrupted. You can argue anything after that, but it has to be the baseline agreement.
Speaking of the new ceo,There is no helpful smile on Jeremy Gosch's face on the commercial that he is in.Thats so true to form about the new hyvee. There is no smile in the stores and the supervision is the same way. They don't even speak to employees or customers.Bring back the old HYVEE.
I left after 34 years
No hard feelings
Just glad I left
They have no clue at store level
I will never spend another cent there
No hard feelings
HYVee Corporate is jacked in head! They want RDA & LPLD changes done by Sunday. Id--t directors didn’t say anything until 6 pm Friday! I am so sick of this company! I hope the all rot!
HyVee is on the same playbook and Kmart and sears was 40 years ago. Just a matter of time before we file for bankruptcy protection. Don’t worry they will still payout huge bonus to the top vp and ceo.
Corporate asking?
I think this company is going to go under if the corporate people don't get their act together.
Who are you now?
