Run away if you are a high cost location resource. Doesn’t matter if you have unmatched experience and knowledge… you will be laid off because your CEO wants to keep money before he dumps Sabre.

KRK might cost 2x India (which I doubt) but their output is total trash. Senior developers doing mistakes which are no-go to hire even a junior.
The subcontinent has the right attitude, get what you can from Sabre and move on. Because the Organization will get theirs from you..
India is poised to grow but their turnover is so high no one will be knowledgeable enough to handle customers and this will unfortunately cause a company to spiral down, further.
USA costs 2x Polish but Polish costs 2x India so yes you are right.
you know that once they trim US headcount to a bare minimum, KRK is not far behind
