Yes. The "powers that be" are laughing at any suggestion Avaya Bankruptcy case will change. The same arrogant snark they spewed when they dismissed any suggestion that Avaya would actually file for Chapter 11 last year this time. Therefore, we know the case is about to crumble and they are concerned!

They are very incorrect. US Bankruptcy Courts are designed to protect claimants first. As such, the law firms and judges MUST prove they are not biased toward any corporation, client or firm. The crime was zero disclosure. That shows knowledge that they knew it was wrong. No disclosure is a crime. Period.
The secrets of Apollo, Brigade, Avaya Board of Directors and Avaya leadership will not be full exposed. This is just the beginning. Claimants (including employees) were manipulated.
