There is this survey today, then another survey on the next day, and another survey next week.
Cisco is such an unethical, toxic, political, outdated company with full of incompetent, clueless, just long-tenured managers and directors who are just thinking about themselves who harass and bully their team member(s) just because he/she doesn't like his/her. The company OK's it and no one cares, even HR doesn't care.
Anyone who stays at Cisco for more than 15 years is entitled to become a manager, director, or VP. Simply put, they are just "representing" the team, not managing the team.
That's the culture of Cisco that never ever changes. So what are those surveys for? Whatever we answer, how we candidly, honestly answer, nothing changes. So what on earth are those surveys for?
