If you are in the sacred inner circle, you're not even shaking or worried. You'll get to go or stay remote, or stay in an office that others were told was closing just 4 months ago. No need to try to rationalize the fairness or equal move offers or staying employed when others 'Have to move'. Smoke and mirrors. None of it is what is being stated or claimed.

Math = 4400 employees in 2022, - minus 1000 ish in August and 1300 ish in 2023/24, is closer to 50% of the company. Promotions are done on paper, to justify getting able to stay in an office, be remote, or get special treatment. If all other supervisors have to do X, but 3 of the 20 don't, that gets questioned. Give them a different title, bo-m, they fall within a different guideline. It's like kindergarten - senior year, through grad school, yeah, teachers don't have favorites...neither do managers - LOL.
Exactly. What qualifies the Marketing team as “regional” to King of Prussia, PA??? Favoritism.
I wouldn’t be surprised if there is already a deal for a sale in place as we speak. Hence, all the random nonsense they are doing. Most of it contradicting their prior words. CEOs fade to the background slowly during sales. My bet is that is why we never see or hear from Jay.
Right before Lightower was brought by Crown, a bunch of people in the inner circle were promoted to senior managers and directors who in turn became Crown leaders overnight by virtue of their newly promoted job titles.
So fast forward to today. Despite letting go of damn near 20% of the company, we're now again on a promotion spree. Supervisors to Managers and Managers to District Managers, etc.
I feel like there is another sale on the horizon. I mean, why would we need all of these promotions when we're not hitting any of our goals this year?
This company is seriously awful! Crown is really pushing their employees to the point of a mental break with these layoffs and restructuring. You are 100% that if you are in the inner circle you can get away with anything. (Staying remote, increased relocation packages, punching in and leaving. The list goes on.) They discriminate based on gender and favoritism and should be held accountable for their actions.
