Has anyone heard about any ISG layoffs? Any idea who's group affected and what is timing?

One thing new, and it could be a factor in who they decide to layoff, is Kirk's email this week pushing us to come into the office at least 3 days a week. Managers will now be tracked on this. So, Lenovo is turning up the heat. It could help them calculate who to cut.
Yes, I heard from a reliable source an ISG layoff is coming. The timing will be as usual, before April.

They're trying to restructure the product portfolio. Senior Leaders are questioning some businesses. I wonder if they'll ki-l a business and remove the ones at the lower end of the chain. That'll be terrible.
Is this coming again? The email this week about ISG and ISO and relooking at team structure didn’t sound promising
They're probably shifting things to appease the BIS regulators over GPU access or they're getting ready to dump a bunch of people if those AI ambitions are shut down by the US government.
we've seen people being transferred to IDG from ISG, some ISG depts rolling under IDG out of the blue. Supposingly '1 Lenovo' alignment. More like IDG wiping out ISG, like an internal M&A.
Mid November 1-1 w VP. Not sure if this is routine skip level or if there's a big surprise coming.
