One thing I never heard from leadership was how many hours a day was required for those 3-4 days a week. So go in a couple of hours and work the rest from home. Start your day at home, eat lunch, then go in a few hours and come home before rush hour. Just a though how to play the game.

It is tracked in your timesheet if you are honest - otherwise pretty sure they monitor badge in/out and your ip address
If you are hourly, you must work the full day from one location unless specifically told to go to another location.
This was the first question I asked. It is tracked on your timesheet when you enter regular hours or telecommute hours. You have to work all 8 hours in the office on M/W/Th.
@4lpj+1puheyJp. that is pretty much the same for many teams - but the expectation is RTO no matter where you are now located - they do track badge in/out, and did before the pandemic, just saying
My whole team is in a different location. So I don'[t see the reason to stay too long at the office.
Oh don't believe they won't be checking badges - they already have been so I don't see why they won't continue - they know who signed up to come in the office in the past and who didn't - don't believe what your manager says - they aren't the ones who will be checking
My MD has said they won’t be checking badges which implied some latitude. But the goal was to get people to resign and that hasn’t changed. So…
This might only work if no one else on your team is in the same office.
I say you just shut up and don’t even bring it up. The fact that EC didn’t require the on-site hours a day is a blessing. The company is giving you the flexibility to make decisions like an adult, so be one! Stupid policies get written because of people like you that need to be told how to grow up!
Ha! I highly doubt most Managers will be ok with that. Mine definitely wouldn’t.
