The union contract has little impact on Avaya with so few union members being active employees. That is why Avaya doesn't care and can drag it out. I look forward to the retirees & union making enough noise to embarrass Avaya to come to an agreement as it's shameful how they are behaving.
How long can avaya operate without a contract? What effect does this have on employees? Also with someone mentioning avaya stopping the hra and dental what else can the change?
If Shefali Shah, who was responsible for policing Internal Controls, can collect her $1.2m bonus, and collected between $1.8-$4m annually during the years she stayed silent with obvious SEC wrongdoing -- Then CWA Members can have a right to be respected. Enough with the have's and have nots!
Avaya can't ever just do the right thing. Zero Sum. Always.
