Thread regarding 3M layoffs

Interesting the Admin pulled my comment about Executive Committee and Austin leadership

Who's running the site?

Get over the idea that 3M has any control over this site. The mods are paid to scan posts and remove anything that breaks the rules. They don't need 3M's help for that

There was a name and title in the original posting for 3M Austin. Moderators either deleted it likely, or 3M monitors asked it to be removed.

I saw the post you made. Looks okay to me. Not sure why it has been taken out? Must have hit somebody nerve

PII isn’t allowed (meaning anything that pinpoints to a particular person for sure), so if you use someone’s title+location instead of name, it’ll probably get deleted too. Need to more vague than that

Haven’t seen the post, but my two cents something in the language used triggered the deletion. Mods scrub posts with curses or insults. Also, if you name someone that isn’t c-suite is gets deleted instantly.
Try making it kosher and reposting it again.

I think it had to do with 'naming names'. This site does not allow people to be named that the company does not name publicly.

However it seems to be okay to refer to titles/positions, but not proper names.

Well, you know it's not 3M. There are many, many companies on here.
