Mark is being Mark- talks fluff. So many of us ( 97 % to be exact) were hoping he is going to announce his resignation today.
Jill Bone threw us a bone with yet another planned survey, outsourced to 3rd party. Lady, what are you surveying for? lol Didn't we all read a business insider article featuring Mark and his 97 % disapproval rate you are trying to get back our trust and yet, decline to answer regarding further layoffs next quarter? What do you guys do all day on HR, I have no idea..

Are the Q&A on the all hands truly anonymous?
Sounds like you need to go find a job somewhere else. They did answer about layoffs… they said further cost cutting measures are something they’d consider if necessary but if the company continues to hit the guidance then they won’t have to take anymore drastic measures.
Those surveys are not anonymous. They can get metrics down to a very fine level.
