Stb is hearing case of Up stopped picking up their cars 5 days a week. Only 3 days/ week now . Customer said Up failed to do their common carrier obligations. Stb can force Up to let some other rr pick up cars. Competition is coming to rr. Remember when phone , cable tv. , electric and long distance companies were forced to open up their markets to other competitors? What ya gonna do now Jimmy?

Yea the reciprocal shipping rule is coming. I DO suspect that the C1's will probably try to conspire to not bid competitively so as not to not spill each others rice bowls but all that's going to do is result in much more expensive price fixing and collusion related charges both civil and potentially criminal.
We shall see.
