Hah! Great idea outsourcing CEO/upper management! Here's a great idea for a new reality TV program, fire the CEO of a fortune 500 company, sounds pretty good already, and then replace them with a randomly selected Walmart greeter. Instead of Under Cover Boss, call it Over Paid Un-employed Boss.
I just wish Avaya would outsource our CEO role overseas for a fraction of the cost.
Our new CEO got a $10 Million dollar bonus for the following:
Going Bankrupt after telling everyone we will not go bankrupt
Discontinuing 50% of Avaya products
Laying off thousands of workers and telling them you will be locked out at end of day
Perhaps AM should move AXP development there. They might actually achieve something…and at a fraction of the cost.
