Why did Tom Krause went to become the CEO of Cloud Software Group, which is a frankenstein formed out of dead carcasses of Citrix and Tibco? They are in the same industry sector as we are aren't they? Would it be because TK and HT had "disagreements"? They seem to have parted in good terms to me.
Could it have been that Broadcom's Plan A was to get the VMware acquisition through and form a cartel with CSG and create an industry chokehold and squeeze the customers dry the way Broadcom does with semiconductors?
So is the plan B is to do as much damage to VMware as possible while getting their hands on proprietary technologies and strategic roadmap to be used against VMware giving unfair advantage to CSG? Is that why they are acting the way they do with this acquisition?
The more damage they do to VMware the better off it is for their friend Tom Krause and his company Cloud Software Group (formerly Tibco and Citrix) isn't it? After all we're competitors if the deal doesn't go through
