Not fake news...From a macroeconomic position, does BOA want to grant these loans without China approval, which could put 1/3 of Broadcom revenue at risk if China gets ornery from Broadcom going forward without their approval? Why didn't Intel go forward with its acquisition of Tower Semiconductor without China approval? Speculative, but this seems to be a risky debt profile for BOA
