Hard decisions were made? hmm in a very lazy fashion plus a large heap of political favoritism. Performance levels didnt seem to matter.
Ever think maybe they have stepped away from the koolaid punchbowl and reailze they are actually happy to be free from all the soal crushing rediculousness and mo--ns?...maybe having broken free from the pack of zombies, they now see the world from a whole new optimistic lens?
A lot of people were impacted… this wasn’t personal nor to hurt anyone… it’s a business and hard decisions were made.
Why would anyone try to spin this negatively on their professional profile? It’s painful, yes, but rationally we all know that there’s no point wallowing. It’s valid to feel said and pained and stressed. But why show that side of it? The best thing to do is try to be graceful and positive. That’s what I’m trying and that’s what the MD’s as leaders are trying to lean into. Kudos to them.
Honestly, no reason to take joy in others misfortune.
A lot very good people, including MDs and Ds, were laid off. They have wives, husbands, children, and loved ones that depend on them. This layoff will be tough on all them and their families. I don't wish this misfortune on anyone, especially around the holidays.
