Folks Market is too bad , can we create some good Linked in groups for referrals considering 30th of October was our last date and we are still out of jobs. The best part of being a former employee is to ensure no one remain unemployed in next six to 9 months. By doing that we can set up a example instead of buying the whole company by 1.6 M contribution from each employee.

It’s Nov-Dec. Market is always slow as companies are focused on year end close. 2024 budgets will open and hiring starts in Jan-Feb. I was fortunate to choose between offers to leave VMware recently. But I had to work hard at it. Network, use LinkedIN INmail, meet people, leverage friendlies to get your resume directly into recruiter and hiring manager hands. Sending a resume isn’t enough. You get buried in a database. Get out there and work the network. And expect that there will be bumps and attempts that don’t work. But, it only takes one fish to bite. That’s what I found is needed. But there are jobs out there. Jan-Feb will be easier.
Whether or not you are in sales, you are 100% in sales when you are searching for a new job. Negativity won’t get you anywhere. Good luck to everyone.
Don't bother, some outsider troll looking to scoop some information, everybody inside know they are still getting paid.
How are you out of job? Literally, nothing happened.
There are 2-3 LinkedIn groups posted on unofficial slack.
One of the groups is specially for the purpose you mention.
Search the slack for last Friday’s posts and you’ll find all 3 groups listed there. Or ask for the groups and someone will repost it
I do not know anything who benefited from LinkedIn (aside from shills who post there 24/7)
Why is 30th October the last day for you when everyone else is still working like nothing happened
Puppy photos and LinkedIn groups are found on the internal Slack channel. Duh!
