Been with Schwab for over 7 years and been having the feeling of working in a poisonous environment for the last few years. Gone are the days when there’s some dignity in being a Schwabbie. In the recent years, I’ve seen management stooping to a new low by hiring leaders those are not worth a penny, leading to mindless decisions. Been part of a leadership that’s condescending and inhumane. The culture at Schwab is rotten and is choking. Saved for now but won’t stay longer.
