Wow, another great exec resigns. (CM). He built the business over the past 10+ years into a hugely profitable and growing business . How do you sc--w up a good executive or a growing business? Ask Sr Management who are internally focused and arrogant. Shameful.

If you're referring to CMcC, he should have been canned a decade ago. Completely ruined SecServices and a crud-ton of careers along the way out of ego, greed, and a complete lack of business acumen

Internal politics is relentless at IBM, and that drives policy - not good business decisions or doing what's right for customers. Seizing an advantage to ascend further in the hierarchy is all that matters. A really sad state of affairs - but it has been for quite some time.
