Send more jobs Offshore and layoff people here. No one is managing Offshore properly even today right after these massive layoffs, Offshore account managers are lobbying to add more people into teams. I am not lying, go check for yourselves.

Seriously think they will send more people to offshore? Their notes in MyQ are not clear and obviously don’t know what they are doing when processing apps.
Offshore can't do anything with out talking to the US - they are very in efficient and with the time difference don't really add anything

I don't think you can make this generic statement across the board. I do agree, some groups are over invested in offshore.
I have reduced offshore by 12 people in last 6 months, down to minimum. And depending on work for next year, will go down even more.
K let me put some names here!
