Even though the execs at the top created the mess the company is in, the new CEO hasn’t said anything to the corporate staff. His #1 priority seems to be meeting and traveling to be with store and field employees. That ain’t bad. But what about corporate employees? If anyone blames the rank & file workers instead of the execs who made millions gouging the company, then this company is truly screwed! In the meantime, everyone in the building is just waiting for the layoffs to begin - just weeks of tension. Welcome to the new leadership team!
