I've watched these Schwab posts for a long time - watched as my team did little work and worried for months - watched "leaders" only show patheticism.
So now that the lazy team survived, they want to ensure they get a bonus they completely don't deserve. Some world-class complainers in this bunch.
But don't you see - this is capitalism. Better to be awake about the game.
You are at an overpaid desk job for a reason - because you want security and yet, you also want more. FOr you there will never be enough.
Become an artist or musician, or a tiktok star - but don't conflate capitalism and a desk job with a slogan "eyes of customer" for fairness - never was, couldn't ever be.
Stop complaining and get back to work - you only make others think you're delusional.
If you want a better gig - go get it.
