I was laid off but have questions on what happens to my vacation leaves - will they compensate that ? And what will happen to the ESPP stocks ?

Received 10/31 ESPP and sold 'em. Discontinued ESPP as of 11/1.

Yes they pay you remaining vacation and the additional floats and vacation you will accrue in January 2024
Vacation & unused float days are paid out to you in a separate payment than your severance/cobra payment. You’ll continue to accrue vacation time during the 60 day notification period
I read that any ESPP shares you already own are still yours but the ones that were supposed to be bought on Oct 31 will not go through and you will get the cash back.
I’m like 90% sure they pay you for your remaining vacation days. Not sure about ESPP though.
