I know a couple on my org other than myself were impacted. But it seems like fewer lower level IC’s were let go, so I am wondering if it was pay. One of the IC’s let go was recently promoted and we both had stellar performance reviews. I’m confused but taking a few days to process and move on.
Just wondering how many other 57 or 58 level IC’s were also impacted like us. Because it feels a little like we were told our performance was good or even great and then let go.
