Our IDS region did very well and still many layoffs, recently added global marketing know nothing about customer pain points. This is not an global company anymore, rather a US-centric stock market focus company.

Was anyone in the US region held accountable for sinking IDS in FY23? Brooke Story certainly wasn't.
FY23 earnings are out. IDS was a disaster. How could our company mess up such an amazing opportunity to leverage covid and grow the Diagnostics business?
