We lost 2 level 58s. The process supposed to be inverse pyramid but reality seems opposite. Most impacted were from grade 57-59 and not hearing any of MD and above impacted. Anyone heard otherwise ?

Over 60% of layoffs were MD/D in my area.
I was a 59 tech lead in SCS with 17 years at Schwab. This is my first time laid off and it started with various "network issues this morning" and I've been involved on the other side of layoffs many times over the years and knew what was happening as soon as I logged in.
