Got laid-off from Qorvo. I am so happy. This company has become a nightmare to work for. They work the people to death. Management is horrible. This is a billion dollar company and 0 to 2% in raises. So glad I'm out of there.

I feel for you, OP - you are right, this is a category B company, trying hard to be what it can't be.
Much better opportunities are out there, good luck!
