Galway has had a year of notices...it continues, but it continues to morph in total size.
So NO. It is not "nothing"

Why the redirection?

Did they realize the government penalty was too great, so they had no choice to lessen the reduction in force...
OR
Did they finally do a logical assessment of talent and realize they needed the intellectual property that is many people?
(Something tells me they had no choice due to government and tax penalties)
