I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe. Schwab servers on fire off the coast of California. I watched EC members glitter in the dark near Westlake. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in the rain.
I'm overpaid and have been for a few years and wasn't laid-off. Yet. I think it all depends on which department you are in and how badly they need your help.
Why are we still here? Just to suffer? Every night, I can feel my severance...and my 8 hours of sleep...even my bonus. The layoff I've missed...the comrades I've lost...won't stop hurting. It's like they all still there. You feel it too, don't you?
