I see NJ mentioned above. Any idea how NJ (legacy green) was impacted? Have over 20 years in and I thought I was definitely gone.

NY/NJ got 90 days notice to make it even sweetier.

I was a 60 level. They paid our 110 days which seemed low for my 124 months of employment. I forgot to write down how it was calculated for a 60 level. Anyone know?

“Eligible” doesn’t mean it will be paid

It was more generous. Notice period extended beyond 60 days so the severance payout is in 2024. Very significant from a personal tax standpoint. Also eligible for annual bonus which is unheard of and not mentioned in hr article
