I was let go today, 58/STS and surprisingly zen (maybe it's shock). I was told that the bonus would be paid out.
STS IC 58 , got my walking papers this morning, like others there was no meeting, only a ping from my MD, professional impersonal rushed dry call, your position is eliminated, WARN period ending in January. Eligible for bonus unless I jump the ship before Dec 31. The severance bonus comes from some other bucket than the usual bonus bucket where they send an email saying we are 120% funded (BS). I sent the goodbye email to my teams, it was interesting to watch people reactions in the almost 2 hour period before they cut me off. You learn a lot from that :)
Can't complain, learned a lot, contributed even more, survived the lockdowns, the severance will weather the storm. Very grateful. Onto the next.

58 IC in STS let go an hour or so ago. No meeting invite, just an IM to jump on call. Severance was as expected but the COBRA lump payment much more than I had planned - $25k (10 moths worth at $2,500/month).
My notice period start date is 11/6 which puts my termination date as 1/5/24. I would presume the lump payment would come then as I am still employee on salary until then. This is good as the lump will hit in 2024 tax year.
Did not see anything about my vacation day payout but this likely due to fact I'm still employed until 1/5 and still accruing.
Also, no confirmation of bonus in conversation or in documents so that is still unknown, at least officially.

Just laid off! Level 58 IC. I logged in and got a message from my MD asking to jump on a call. They were very caring, and the severance is generous so I’m not complaining.
The meetings are getting scheduled immediately prior to getting let go.
Did those of you that were laid off have a meeting put on your calendar over the weekend, or was it a call/meeting that was scheduled immediately prior to being let go?

Just got my walking papers. Emotionless phone call with my director. I'm sick to my stomach.
I can confirm. I am one of them. Got a call from my manager this morning notifying me my postion was terminated.
@jjx+1pl5kO3i I have a colleague whose meeting was scheduled over the weekend. I think our manager phoned him to coming in early today for the meeting… 8:00-8:20.

Just curious, when you say Move Money, are you referring to the front-end (UI), back-end platform, or STS?
