I got a call from my Director, becuase my manager got let go too. total of 3 Senior team members and the Manager. Peace out!

Same experience for me - 58 IC. My direct manager (59 PL) pinged on Teams and asked me to jump on a call. No prior calendar event scheduled. No one else on call. Shared basic severance details and email followed up about an hour later.
