Whatever my manager will say, my response will be "Ok, lets talk money".
This isn’t going to be an easy conversation.
As you know the company has been going through integration and synergy initiatives and as a result your position has been eliminated (ie job elimination). Your last day is today and you’ll begin a 60 notification period where you can still apply for positions within Schwab and will receive directions on how to do this.
