I understand the anxiety and frustration everyone has. If there is a bright side, think about how many people have left on their own for greener grass, then realized they made a huge mistake and came back for the amazing culture? You don't need the retention or recruiting tactics they have in place if your culture and pay are desirable. Sometimes life has to give you an uncomfortable push in the right direction toward happiness.

Change can be good.
This is the right attitude folks. There’s only positive from this, truly. A little nudge towards a fresh new step will do is all good. We are on a roller coaster that only goes up my friends.
