Hearing many people are being offered multiple locations to relocate their National role. This may encourage a few to move but how do you square that against the claimed purpose. Going from together to spread across the country doesn’t add up

They've been beating the collaboration drum for more than 3 years. More like ten. Just means mgrs parade their staff out to sit in room with another group and look at powerpoints, smile and laugh at one anothers jokes. As soon as the elevator door closes one mgr is Bi--hin about the other and staff are left to tread water. Dysfunction junction.
Offers for different locations? Tell that to the remote folks who are told Houston or severance...
I've heard the word "collaboration" used by Jay/EMT BEFORE the pandemic and POST pandemic. The EMT has been beating this tired phrasing for about 3 plus years now. At least pick up a thesaurus and move on to something that sounds different. Also, it's difficult to collaborate with people in the same office as you that run a different part of the business.
If you are a tower person in a largely network/fiber concentrated office, you will require google translate to speak their language, since we use different systems and processes.
It’s been sold
What will they do with building they own? It will sit empty? No company wants a building at this time. Office buildings are a thing in the past. You can operate remote. The building will sit empty and they will pay taxes on it until they give the building away. Feel bad for all of you.
The official narrative isn't making any sense. The EMT is cracking. "Collaboration" makes no sense. This is just a forced layoff and a insider political move.
Also hearing some being offered remote. Not fair at all and surely lawsuit worthy given the hypocrisy
