Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

Why bother with Walmart?

I don't know why people bother shopping at Walmart for anything other than perishables and cheap trinkets. Everything is locked up and nobody is available to help you retrieve stuff from locked cabinets because the company is too cheap to hire enough people. Amazon is definitely the way to go. Fast, easy delivery right to my front door without any of the hassle. Walmart su-ks.

To the person that said Walmart stores are cleaner lately? You must be a brainwashed associate or a new wm was built near you. They are typically pig pens and nasty shoppers and associates. No dept mng’s to help. Can’t get any worse. You’re not fooling anyone.

I prefer going to self check out. I bag my items how I like and the cashier isn’t pulling in my fabric softener in with my food. A lot don’t know how to bag properly and just don’t care. What’s so bad about ringing out your own items? I hate when people say I don’t get paid to ring out my items or where’s my discount ok you ring out your items for 5 minutes and the employee is there all day, so dramatic. Self check outs are not going anywhere, probably will eventually all be self checkout and no cashier's.

Actually WM has improved over the years. They have much cleaner stores and they cleaned up all the junk on the floor like freight when store is open. Target in my area has gone downhill. Tons of fright on floor and dirty stores. Meijer is overpriced, you are playing 4 to 5 dollars more for an item you can get at WM for cheaper.

Walmart would be actually useful if they simply installed su----e booths in the store. Select shotg-n, inert gas, or poisoned drink. Free cremation and automated email of su----e note. Just charge $500 per person. Walmart could really disrupt retail with su----e booths. I would happily be their first customer!

I’m tired of people coming in like it public property, throwing the product on the floor, sitting their half empty drinks on the shelf that spill, driving carts e carts into the lot and leaving them in the rain and using products then returning them for a full refund yet demand low prices, stocked shelves and still want someone to check them out and clean up after them. Some customers are great but some are not and are rude and treat employees like cr-p.

Well I do work there, and shame on you. Do you know how many people have gainful employment, plus free college? I feed my family with WM pay and purchase items there. Sounds like you have sour grapes .

Won’t you quit complaining, if the theiving low life’s actually buy stuff there be no reason to lock things up. Also if people are so lazy they can’t check them selves out them it’s best for you to keep going to piggy wiggy.

Amen
I shop at Dollartree and Piggly Wiggly alot. Sick and tired of having to check out my own groceries and then wait in line because there is only 1 cashier running a register. He-l, if I’d want to check out groceries I’d work there!! SMH Walmart is loosing a lot of business because some older and younger people don’t want to check out their groceries or just don’t know how to. Wake up Walmart and hire more people and pay them a decent living wage!!!!!!!!
