Do expensive outsiders REALLY fix at-risk accounts?
If so, why are internal high-levels unable to execute?

Internal higher level account leaders are part of the reason many of the accounts lost business in the first place! It's just a mess.

Nope they don’t. I’ve been involved in those high level contractors and I can tell you that they just cost money and accomplish nothing. Another poor leadership decision.
