Thanks for not understanding interest rate risk
Thanks for stellar leadership during the TD integration, who could have foreseen a bloated management and not dealt with it iteratively

I would hope the chaos of the layoffs and the cluster of the Reorg of Calamity to follow but even if you resign, you end up with lucrative board positions and consulting jobs whenever you want, but hoping for that is as futile as hoping for ‘compassion’ during the terminations.

Seriously, don't hesitate in getting a prescription for meds if needed during the next few months. Having previously gone through an unexpected job 'change', I was on OTC sleep aids for several months. Nightmares about former work, etc. It happens, and su-ks.

Don't thank me. Thank the 20 year old Ivy League graduate from BCG who came up with this wonderful proposal. Did a parody of "Ga----a's Paradise" called "Schwabbie's Paradise" during the presentation that elicited much laughter and applause from the rest of EC. How simultaneously brilliant and precocious.
