Simply put, we have been stressed out and made to feel miserable and insignificant for months as Walt and Rick comfortably get ready to upend the lives of thousands while making millions.

This detachment led to a lack of understanding about the financial and emotional strain these employees face when job security is stripped away, and we are left with fear and anxiety hanging over us for months. For my colleagues about to be laid off, remember that even in the face of layoffs, there can be a silver lining. I have been laid off before. It's challenging but can open doors to positive change.
