People in Communications and HR do read these sites as a matter of routine, in case you wondered. It's someone's actual job to read this site and the other one like it. Yes, sometimes there are emails going around about these comments. No, they don't have any way of identifying you, and probably wouldn't bother.
The only comments that cause emails are the wildly defamatory content (e.g. an allegation of fraud or bribery, or being on Epstein's Island, etc.)
The overwhelming number about Geoff never really make it that far in their original wording. They're expressed in graphs as "sentiment". Noone actually has the courage to tell Geoff the express words used.
