Why not they give us back our AIP to 100%, instead if this useless Wins 1,000 points ?

What mediocre has become 3M that the highlight from a 2-hour CEO huddle is a “reward” of 1000 points!
I do agree with a previous post: they at least were attempting to address questions. Took a page from Bryan’s (SpinCo CEO) first event (that had a lot of energy and humor) and popped in some humorous commentary throughout. But I admit, it wasn’t captivating enough for me to not multitask during. I’m cool with the $100 every day wins gift card; anyone complaining about that is legit just trying to find more ways to hate the company lol

Come on, lighten up and enjoy your 1,000 EDW points. That's a cash equivalent of about a hundred bucks so if that's submarining your payroll deduction I don't know what to tell ya. Those points were "earned" on the backs of the 9,000 of us who had our positions eliminated this year. Moni had the accountants add an extra $900K to the one time charge for the reorg, and this is the 'thank you' to those who were spared and left behind to shovel the sh_t for another six, twelve...maybe eighteen months until your job is on the chopping block.
So enjoy browsing the OC Tanner selection. 1,000 EDW points might get you a Ridge wallet or a North Face windbreaker. Or if you were lucky enough to have colleagues like me who made sure to distribute every last EDW point we had on the way out the door you've hopefully got a nice enough balance to get yourself a decent watch or maybe even a $500 gift card. Make the most of it, because your AIP next year is going to be a kick to a tender spot.

I wish I could opt out of the EDW Scam. It costs me money when they drop these points into my account. Just stop with it !

I may get blasted here, but I do give some credit for trying. I think the message delivered through the opinion survey is that all the C-Suite does is cut and there is no plan for growth. I believe they were ATTEMPTING to address that. With that said, it wasn’t overly engaging and I didn’t walk away feeling any confidence in future growth. Maybe they are on the right path (who knows), but new leadership (not MP) is needed post spin to put 3M on a different path. Reminds me of McN cutting the company to the bone, and once that was down, then Buckley stepped in and focused on innovation and growth.
