I keep hearing that november will have another round of layoffs. Does anyone know where it will be?

I don’t see wealth being affected much if at all. At least not client facing. They are hiring more advisors and support staff.
Jeez i thought 10% was a lot but 20% is rough. I believe hr/marketing have taken their hits. What about wealth?
Rumor floating around that T wanted to cut 20% of the work force this year. Obviously didn't happen, yet, but that's where here head is at so it wouldn't surprise me that more layoffs happen in November/2024 especially when financial results are released and they come in unfavorable.
The entire C-Suite hopefully. The company needs fresh perspective that focuses on propelling the business at hand. Instead of constantly shoveling woke DEI nonsense on the Intranet page.
