There was a NYSE pending action to delist on Monday. I can’t find it now though, is it still happening?

Its there, just select 10/30 as the dates.
Assuming that the acquisition is abandoned by AVGO, how does VMW recover?

It's actually a suspension but yeah, that is the first step in the delisting process.
