Avaya is a company that no longer wants to be in the phone business and gives its customers away so they don't need to provide service to them.
Avaya wants to be a software company instead of a phone company, however their software in not ready for prime time and has fallen behind. Just look at System Manager for instance, I bet the CEO could not even add one SIP station himself in 45 minutes without help. He is so clue less.
All the metrics are fuged by the lower management for their own survival. Keep this up and see you at chapter 7.

Honestly, Avaya cannot be turned around. It’s over. To preserve as much value as possible Avaya should initiate the sale of the company assets while it can.
We used to be able to install a phone system with a tech, an ss and a pm. Now we seem to need a cast of thousands with endless meetings and even more endless problems and issues. Complete madness what things have morphed into.
