OMG that guy he (see eeee ooo) is obviously a psychopath. I remember when he came to Gil Hatch with JV the first time - What he said to one of the employees who used to Salsa Dance (get the idea a pretty girl) caused her to quit on the spot. Also don't forget any time a decent question is asked in the town hall the asker is mysteriously IRIFed via a JV nod or SB nod within a couple of days. You just can't make this stuff up - Go to the comp asap if you stay in the industry - I hear Fuji is hiring (via Sharp NA).

Seriously - Carl left some of his pirates behind because they all have guaranteed packages waiting at the end via sell-off breakup or other look at Sec filings. - it ain't gonna be pretty Q4... Those who stay are obviously suffering from Stockholm syndrome or other. Get out it will take 6 months but you will feel better when you un-x yourself.... Those who are waiting a couple years to retire you better update that to next three months...

At minimum to the absolute minimum or less these a holes deserve it!

MIF and volume are tanking in 2023 and expected to do the same in 2024. That means revenue and post-sale will have further declines. Wall Street knows what's up which is why the stock price is down 25% in the last month.

DOWN TWENTY FIVE PERCENT.

SB was clearly begging for help in the town hall this week because he knows this is close to the end. Analysts are saying there's no way the dividend can be supported at these levels, and once the dividend goes, or gets cut, the stock will probably get cut another 50% and lenders won't touch XRX with a 10ft pole. Then begins the slide to bankruptcy.

If we have three quarters of bad luck... so what, we're Xerox.

This Q4 is going to su-k already - hearing that Large Enterprise Org. is planning to lose some major accounts up for renewal. Software Partners who own major accounts are Not choosing X as well (sick of the x not paying them or delaying payment so the cost x has to pay to the Partner doesn't show in current qtr. etc.). Basically the lions share of renewals are going to a competitor in Q4... The only way for x to bandaid this at present is to claim the entirety of every renewal (including multi year ones) as revenue via the forward funding mumbo jumbo ponzi they created in 2023 how that is legal who knows.. .

I think this is why Carl's peeps bailed...

Don't wait run now from this place now - these creeps in the suite enjoy the carnage coming to the remaining Xeroids... "Look alive you can be replaced" assuming this means another wave of outsourcing coming our way...

All that we have to do is dwell in the $12 realm for a couple weeks until we ascend to $13-$14 and bo-m, now that's a win in my book.
