Just going to say this to keep your ears to the ground and open to a new start when you better laid off. We will be back in familiar settings in Spring.

The SWN board will stay active after the acquisition closes. It will serve as a useful gathering spot for SWN alumni. Reunion announcements, funerals , news of the day. You’ll visit often to fill those empty and unemployed hours.

Let me tell ya. I pulled up on location and this venture with the old CEO was the talk of the town. I was getting the roustabout crew polished up and they was saying they done heard about a spinoff in the works. Just keep earnin ur paycheck and stuff and the good lord will have it work out fer ya. West Virginia has been good to my family. However would love to get back to the days of Desoto Drilling. We were the best crew in East Texas. Damn straight. Been splittin time between WV and LA. The Louisiana engineers don’t know what they doin. Jeez.

I can say that there is some solid information to be released about a new tenant in our Spring office once CHK lays off everyone. Keep those resume fresh.

If it's a VC firm or private equity they will only employ about 10 people to keep things exceedingly lean so they can prove up a play and then sell out in 5 years.
