I made the decision to quite quit at AYX since they started quiet laying off people at the end of 2022. Payback for how poorly the company has treated people.
It’s only intensified this year given the multiple rounds of layoffs. Working 8 hours a week. Thursdays and Fridays are full days off. It’s most excellent and AYX is getting what it truly deserves.
Anyone else having a ball quiet quitting at AYX?

A lot of mangers like to avoid difficult situations and avoid confrontation. Usually, raises are almost equally given out to team members from a given pool no matter what a specific individual contributed, their talent level, and such. It's pretty much an uphill battle unless you get lucky with a specific manager with excellent political skills (and also values you), or have a talent for su-king people off and getting raises/promos ala participation trophy.

Any investor who would believe what tbey read on an anonymous internet bulletin board as gospel and would sell has serious issues.
If your retirement is that precarious as to be jeopardized by one ananymous post on an internet board, then you have major issues too, lol!
Because of this post the stock is down 6 to 7% today. Investors are finally realizing how lazy the employees are as they only work few hours a week. You just ruined our retirement and any hopes the stock would turn around.
