Any offer letter for Finance/Operations?

I am in OPS and whoever is saying 90% will be retained is bogus.
You can continue thinking that but doesn’t change reality. It’s a critical ops BU and almost everyone got a 9 month transition or full time offer. Very few didn’t.
I think one function of a particular group got the transitional and full time so it’s not false

A couple of people in Legal got offers.

Could be finished before that at BC discretion. Retention bonus of 50% of transition salary
