Is anybody else dreading tomorrow?
It's bad enough dragging ourselves into that office every single day while upper management works in the comforts of their own homes, but the idea of going in tomorrow and acting as though it's business as usual is just disheartening to me.
Managers telling us to keep the negativity to a dull roar because our teams aren't affected by the recent news; teammates who are fully drinking the PURPLE Kool-Aid and have their as--s shoved so far up the as--s of the EMT I don't know how they can breathe; co-workers that have become friends who are being forced to re-locate or lose their jobs sulking about and knowing there's nothing we can do to reassure them. And on top of all of this, dealing with our stock continuing to tank and the EMT forcing smiles onto their faces and continuing to gaslight us about this company's future.
It's becoming too much to handle at this point. Tell me I'm not the only one?
The hunt for a better job continues.
