Who agreed to these rules in the first place? There used to be senoirity districts to prevent this very thing from happening.
Conway doesn’t have enough guys to do their own work? Shop everything figure it out later. They will eventually remove the managers.
If you had a Union at Conway, you'd get rid of the other locations "help" they did it at Bellevue. Stop letting them steal you're OT.
