All the freezes are putting client experience in jeopardy. EC, you are clogging pipes that you don’t want to burst. I’m not posting because I want to leave, I’m posting so we can get help to the teams that need it. Open up recs, get contractors, allow limited OT. Something!!!

That can’t be true! They said they were getting rid of freezes and if you have a great deployment credit score you could deploy practically anytime. (With Dennis and Renee’s parental permissions.
Another program that did nothing but waste our time and give us the illusion of control. The same inept mo--ns are still running the show.
I would help…..but I just don’t care anymore.
I miss the days when this company at least pretended to care about its employees. I used to be far more motivated then too. Weird.
They don’t care about the client.experience. It’s all about pumping out functionality from tech.
People I talked to are saying they won't work even if they are with the company after the layoffs.
Freezes - just wait till it draws near year end - everything will be frozen and NOTHING will get done till the new year
I agree with op here. this delay in layoffs is causing issues in our pipelines that will cause problems for teams who are left with people who don't sh-t. Good luck to those who make it through the layoffs
